Marvel Rivals New Hero Leak: Elsa Bloodstone Details

Marvel Rivals may soon introduce a new hero, Elsa Bloodstone, a monster hunter from Marvel Comics. There have been leaks and datamines that seem to indicate she will soon be joining the roster, as potentially part of some upcoming seasonal or event content.

The information had first broke on September 12th, 2025, as leaks were released regarding a file titled “Elsa Bloodstone character” contained within the Marvel Rivals game files. She has an internal ID of 1059, and previously this ID was assigned to Paste-Pot Pete (Trapster), so this points to Elsa likely taking his place in development.

The file also contains eight abilities associated with the character, but they were just numbers, so we do not have any details on the names or descriptions of the abilities. Although she does not have a release confirmed, many think that her debut is associated with some Halloween event content teased in the video of the latest Dev Vision video released.

Elsa was also seen in a bigger list of future heroes found in datamines, like Professor X, Gambit, Rogue, Colossus, Locus, Deadpool, and Daredevil. Her name showing up with these characters points at serious development progress, even if nothing is official.

Who Is Elsa Bloodstone?

Elsa Bloodstone is a monster hunter in Marvel Comics, daughter of Ulysses Bloodstone. She is known for her supernatural background and pursuit of creatures hiding in dark parts of the Marvel world.

Her powers include:

Based on her comic powers and how other Marvel Rivals heroes are built, Elsa would most likely fit a DPS / Duelist role, mixing ranged gunplay with melee combat.

Some players expect she might have anti-heal debuff powers, similar to Blade.

Indications suggest that Elsa Bloodstone is a serious contender to appear in a Marvel Rivals release, possibly for Halloween. Given her powers and hybrid combat style, she’d surely add something different to the game. 

However, as long as we do not receive any verification of her arrival, it is best for fans to temper their hopes accordingly. Like the other names on the list we have already mentioned, Elsa will appear with Professor X, Gambit, Rogue, and Deadpool, who could shape the future of Marvel Rivals roster.
