The tournament gets bigger and bigger as the series goes on. The M6 World Championship will have a total prize pool of US$1,000,000. Definitely, MLBB is getting more relevance and influence in the esports gaming scene.

Aside from the prize pool, there are also changes in the slot allocations for the M6. Among these, the host country, Malaysia, gets to secure two slots for this season. In the previous years, Malaysia only had one slot before proceeding into the World’s Tournament.

China, on the other hand, gets a direct slot in the M6 World Championship. This will serve as the first for the East Asian country. Latin America (LATAM) faced disappointment as well when their slot for M6 was reduced to one. A difference from their previous two slots in M5.

The powerhouses of MLBBB, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia will have 2 slots for the World Championship. It will definitely be tough for teams in these regions to secure a limited slot in M6.

Singapore, Cambodia, Myanmar, Turkey, and China get a slot, respectively, on the world stage. Only the top teams in their countries will go to Malaysia for a fight for the crown.

Regions including North America, EECA (Eastern Europe and Central Asia), LATAM, and MENA (Middle East and North America) also get a slot each for the M6. A wild card stage will determine who gets the final slot.
