All about Hogwarts Legacy

Hogwarts Legacy is an immersive single-player role-playing game taking place in an open world inspired by the books of the Harry Potter saga. However, the story is set in an earlier time — the nineteenth century.

Players can have companions who can accompany them on their journey. However, the aim of the game is that each character is in charge of creating their legacy.

Thus, players will be able to put themselves in the skin of the character of their choice. An essential aspect of this title is eliminating the concept of character gender. Instead, different faces, bodies, and voices can be combined.

The characters will be students of the school, and they will have to:

• Learn spells
• Brew potions
• Take care of animals
• Fight against trolls, wizards, and goblins

WB Games Avalanche community manager Chandler Wood stated:

“Depending on which Hogwarts house you’re in, you’ll be able to see different architecture, decor, and entrances to each common room.”

In addition to the usual Gryffindor and Slytherin common room, players will have the opportunity to experience the Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff common rooms.

• Areas surrounding Hogwarts Castle

When will Hogwarts Legacy be available?

Hogwarts Legacy will be released for PS5, Xbox X Series X|S, and PC on February 10, 2023. However, you reserve the Deluxe edition for any of these platforms, you can start playing 72 hours earlier, i.e., on February 7.

The versions for PS4 and Xbox One have suffered a slight delay, and will be released on April 4, 2023. The version for Nintendo Switch will arrive on July 25, 2023.
