How to Join a Faction in Valorant Champions 2025 Pick’Ems

The Pick’Ems Faction system is new to Valorant Champions. This year Riot Games is allowing you to pick one of 10 factions led by creators and then make your predictions on the Tournament outcome. You will earn points from the total performance of your faction – better picks will net better rewards.This article is a simple, concise explanation of how the whole thing works, so you can join and participate.

What Are Factions and Why Are They Important

Factions are formed by 10 different community teams that are led by either a content creator or a former pro player ( TenZ for example). You will do your Pick’Ems predictions and every time one of your picks is correct it will count towards your factions overall scores. At the end of the event the faction with the highest overall performance will win. If your faction does win you will receive a cosmetic item and your faction leader will receive the exclusive VCT Pick’Ems Belt.

Important Dates & Deadlines

Group Stage Pick’Ems are open from September 4 and will lock when the group stage starts on September 12, 2025.

You will be able to change your faction choice up until that date, but when the stage begins, everything will be locked in.

Step by Step guide to join a faction

Go to the Pick’Ems page under Esports→Pick ’Ems in the game or via the official Valorant Esports website.

Log in using your Riot ID.
On that page, look to the right side to find the “Join a Faction” option.
You’ll then see all ten factions listed. They all have different hosts and come with unique rewards.
To select yours, just click your faction. If you decide to go with Sacy’s, you would click it and then click “Join Faction” in that window.
And that’s it, you are in. But keep in mind you only have till that group stage starts on September 12 to change your mind.

Supplementary Participant Rewards from Pick’Ems

Just submitting a single pick will earn you the ¡Eureka! Spray.
Ranking in the top 50% of participants will unlock the G.O.A.T. Gun Buddy.
Ranking in the top 20% will unlock the Golden G.O.A.T. Buddy.
Getting perfect picks will earn you the rare “100%” Player Title.
