Time-limited: only during that specific window, i.e., Nov 1 4:30 PM ET → Nov 2 11:59 PM ET.
It does not matter which stream you watch, so long as it’s listed under the Fortnite category on Twitch.
You will need to be signed in to the Twitch account that is linked to your Epic Games account for the drop to register.
The wrap may appear in the Item Shop after the window has closed, but the free claim can only be done through Twitch drops in that window.
