Among the 17 sets you can get by chance from the Hoard, the WindRanger bundle stands out as the rarest one. It’s labelled “Ultra Rare”, and for good reason—it boasts two WindRanger sets in one, including her Arcana.
The first set included in this coveted bundle is the Fluttering Breeze set, which gives WindRanger fairly regular customizations. Right now, there’s limited time to get the WindRanger Arcana set, Compass of the Rising Gale in Dota 2. As it runs along the Frostivus event, Heroes’ Hoard will also only be available until Frostivus ends.
