How to Finish the Bullet Storm Challenges in Battlefield 6

fragster James Steward 13. October 2025

Bullet Storm missions in Battlefield 6 are one of the more difficult weapons assignments. They are designed to encourage players to play aggressively and with a strong volume of LMG fire. Once you complete both steps, you unlock access to two of the best LMGs. This guide describes what each step entails, and offers tips for completing them quickly.

The Bullet Storm challenge chain consists of two consecutive assignments.

  • You need to get to Rank 23 in multiplayer before any of these assignments are registered (so before that rank, any LMG play does not register).
  • Finishing Bullet Storm 1 will unlock the KTS100 MK8 LMG.
  • Once you’ve completed Bullet Storm 1, you can move on to Bullet Storm 2, which rewards the M240L along with an Enforcer player card title.

Requirements

Suppress 300 enemies with LMGs

Deal 10,000 hip-fire damage with LMGs

Key Mechanics & Tips

Suppression Explained

Suppression in Battlefield 6 is given if you are shooting near enemy positions without necessarily hitting them. The game monitors “fire pressure” around enemies, which makes LMGs the best option due to their high magazine capacity and ability to use suppressive fire.

Reward

You unlock the KTS100 MK8 LMG upon the completion of the Bullet Storm 1 quest.

Requirements

Deal 7,000 damage using the RPKM or KTS100 MK8

Earn 15 multi-kills with LMGs (i.e. kill multiple enemies in quick succession)

Note: If you don’t have the RPKM yet, it unlocks at Rank 30. In the meantime, your best practical choice is the KTS100 MK8, which you get by finishing up Bullet Storm 1.

Reward

You earn the M240L and an Enforcer player card title after completing Bullet Storm 2.

Conclusion

The Bullet Storm missions in Battlefield 6 require a strategic transition into pressure gameplay using LMGs. With suppression mastered and by selecting engagement points judiciously, players can achieve both tasks without grinding through dozens of matches. The rewards are appropriately strong for support classes. To competitive or objective-based players, these missions are an investment worth making and not a frustrating chore.
