What Version 3.8 Will Bring

Version 3.8 is set to be the final major update before Honkai Star Rail transitions into Version 4.0. According to earlier reports, this patch follows the conclusion of the Amphoreus storyline and will continue the Astral Express crew’s journey with more mysteries and challenges to uncover.

The biggest highlight of this update is a new character called Constance, or The Dahlia. She is a powerful 5-star Fire Nihility unit who will take center stage in Version 3.8, and she’ll get her own story content and banner so players can try to add her to their team .

Like previous updates, Version 3.8 will also bring back older character banners. This means players will have another chance to summon popular characters they may have skipped earlier, making this update exciting for both newcomers and longtime fans who want to grow their collection.

New Events, Story Content, and Rewards

During the Honkai Star Rail 3.8 livestream, players will get a first look at what’s coming in the new update. This includes:

• New story missions that continue the game’s plot
• New time-limited events where players can earn special prizes
• New Light Cones, including the one for the new character, The Dahlia

Like past livestreams, HoYoverse will also share redeemable codes during the show. These codes give items such as Stellar Jade, Credits, and upgrade materials, which help players prepare for new characters and banners. If someone can’t watch the livestream, the developers will post the important details and the codes later on their official X (Twitter) account.

Conclusion

The Honkai Star Rail 3.8 livestream wraps up the current story and gives players a preview of what’s coming next in Version 4.0. Don’t forget to watch it and save your Stellar Jade—Version 3.8 is the last update of the year, and it’s going to be one of the most exciting ones yet.
