Pickled Muckmaggot from Sinner’s Road

Pale Oil #4: Fleatopia

The final Pale Oil takes the most effort to obtain. You’ll first need to rescue all 30 Lost Fleas and locate the Flea Caravan’s final stop in the Putrefied Ducts. Doing so unlocks Act 3 and grants access to the Ecstasy of the End quest from Bellhart’s wish board.

From there, travel to the Fleatopia festival, where Fleamaster Mooshka challenges you to three minigames: Juggle, Dodge, and Bounce. Conquer them all, break the piñata hanging above the stage, and you’ll claim the fourth and final Pale Oil.
