Silvermoon Hall: Selenic Chronicles is a new type reputation quest system in Genshin Impact, which coming with the Nod-Krai region. It have three-part questline, each part giving rewards and moving the player forward until the end prize which is a glider skin.
Unlocking the Questline Silvermoon Hall Quest

To open the Selenic Chronicles, player must finish The Dark Side of Memory, second part from Elegy of Dust and Moonlight questline. When this mission is done, the first Silvermoon Hall stage is open. Because this chain is connected with Nod-Krai reputation system, progress in story to reach that region is also required before you can begin.
After it unlock, the system work with weekly reset. Each week only one part of the quest can be done, and new part unlock again when reset happens. Because of this, at least three weeks needed to clear the full chain.

Because only one part can be cleared in a week, it is better plan the schedule and not missing any. Doing The Dark Side of Memory before hand will avoid delay when trying to access Silvermoon Hall. Keeping the weekly quest in check is important to not fall behind and getting the Wings of the Silent Moon on time.
During the progress, there is also some story parts and interaction with characters like Columbina, adding more background and making the journey more full than only the items.
