Genshin Impact Officially Reveals Jahoda for Version 6.2

HoYoverse has confirmed the addition of Jahoda, a new four-star character, to Genshin Impact Version 6.2, known as the “Luna III” update. Jahoda will be another Anemo bow user moving into the ever-growing cast of characters associated with the upcoming Nod-Krai space.

Jahoda is categorized as a four-star healer, another bow user, and another good healer with utility, balancing healing and utility. The indication is that it begins to lean more into the support team role than raw damage potential, offering players one more easily obtainable healer option for challenging content. Because she doesn’t have the five-star rarity that some of the other units coming in Version 6.2 have, she will likely be more obtainable than potential five-star units. 

Again, her background is linked to the Curatorium of Secrets, an organization in Nod-Krai, and the next major region to explore in the ongoing narrative for Genshin Impact. There is a connection that could play a role in the narrative in the new chapter, and perhaps being a part of the discoveries initiated as players delve into the region, uncovering its hidden secrets.

Version 6.2 and the Expanding World of Nod-Krai

Version 6.2 is set for December 3, 2025, as Genshin Impact continues to update every six weeks. The Luna III update promises to bring new characters, story quests, limited-time events, and an even larger reach within Nod-Krai. Jahoda was teased similarly to other new characters revealed by HoYoverse ahead of every major patch (one or two new character teases, to keep the community queued for excitement). 

As an Anemo character, Jahoda may play nicely in crowd-control-centric teams, as well as hold possible synergy in the established Viridescent Venerer artifact set within the game. HoYoverse has yet to share full details regarding her talents, constellations, or builds.
