Klee feels smoother to play because her Normal Attack chain no longer resets during her Burst. Her third Normal Attack also uses an Explosive Spark and triggers an extra Charged Attack, giving her more overall damage.

Durin

Durin’s Burst becomes stronger in both forms. His White form reduces enemy resistance better, and his Dark form increases the power of Melt and Vaporize reactions. This makes him very strong in reaction teams.

Venti

Venti’s Normal Attacks become Anemo-infused while his Burst is active, so he can fight as an on-field DPS. His Burst also now lands exactly in the center of enemies, so it’s more reliable.

Fischl

Fischl’s buffs give her teams different buffs when Oz is on the field, based on the elemental reactions they trigger. For example, Fischl gives the whole team an ATK boost when any member triggers Overload. Meanwhile, if they trigger Electro-Charged or Lunar Charged, the team gains more Elemental Mastery.

Razor

Razor gets a damage buff and also fixes his energy issues. Now, he gets bonus AoE Electro damage when his Electro Sigils overflow in his burst state. He can also cast his burst easier since he also recovers energy during it.

Sucrose and Mona
