GEN.G Dominate HLE And Reach The Grand Finals Of The LCK Summer Playoffs

Gen.G has done it again. Adding yet another win to their impressive 2024 run, Gen.G scored a decisive 3-1 victory over Hanwha Life Esports (HLE) on August 31, 2024, securing themselves a spot in the Grand Finals of the League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) Summer Playoffs. 

Gen.G’s Unstoppable Run Continues

2024 has been Gen.G’s year so far. They’ve already won the LCK Spring title followed by their first Mid-Season Invitational victory. Their streak continued into the LCK Summer split, breaking the LCK record for the longest winning streak not only once, but twice. They finished the regular season with an impressive 17-1 record, their only loss owed to KT Rolster.

The Path to the Upper Bracket Finals
