SteelSeries has announced the global launch of its FaZe Clan-branded gaming peripherals lineup after months of being exclusively available in North America.
Since it was first announced in November of last year, the SteelSeries x FaZe Clan lineup is composed of FaZe-branded peripherals that are part of SteelSeries’ flagship lineup, such as the SteelSeries Aerox 3 honeycomb mouse, the Apex 9 mini keyboard, QcK mousepad, and the Arctis Nova 7 wireless headset.
Esports Insider has reported that all products were co-designed by FaZe Clan and SteelSeries. All products have a red and black trim – the signature scheme of FaZe Clan. This is part of a long-term deal between SteelSeries and FaZe, which was first launched in 2018.
The Nova 7 Wireless features the Nova Acoustic System with High Fidelity Drivers for superior audio. Paired with Sonar audio presets and a 10-band Parametric EQ, it delivers exceptional sound clarity. The ClearCast Gen 2 retractable microphone, enhanced by Sonar AI noise cancellation, ensures clear communication. With improved battery life, fast charging, and dual Bluetooth and 2.4GHz connectivity, the Nova 7 Wireless is perfect for both intense gaming and on-the-go use.
The Aerox 3 Wireless features customizable RGB lighting, including FaZe Clan red, and is designed with a lightweight, holey structure weighing just 68g. It includes patented AquaBarrier™ technology for protection against water, dust, and dirt. The mouse is built for performance with a tested shape and precise accuracy.
Meanwhile, the FaZe Clan-themed Apex 9 Mini keyboard features custom-built OptiPoint optical switches for faster actuation and zero debounce. It includes a special space key and red Enter and Escape keys, all set on a durable Series 5000 aluminum top plate. With two variable actuation points (1mm for gaming and 1.5mm for typing), it offers 33% faster actuation, a 0.2ms response time, and zero debounce. Fully swappable switches improve longevity and customization. The mini form factor saves desk space and enhances ergonomics, providing more room for mouse movement while retaining essential keys for gaming.
Finally, the QcK mousepad covers your entire desk and features an extra thick, non-slip surface to eliminate unwanted movement. It is optimized for both high and low CPI mouse tracking.
According to Justin Kenna, CEO of GameSquare, FaZe Clan generated over $75 million in gross revenue from co-branded products between 2022 and 2023.
