The Brazilian team won the BLAST Rivals Hong Kong 2025 grand final 3–1 against Team Falcons, taking the championship title. Map 1: Inferno
The grand final started rough for FURIA. Team Falcons played extremely well on the first map, Inferno, and took the lead right from the start. Even though FURIA picked the map, they couldn’t match Falcons’ pace at all. Falcons won the map easily with a 13–3 score. Their captain, kyxsan, played especially well and finished with an impressive 23/7 score.
Map 2: Nuke
The first few rounds on Nuke were close, but FURIA eventually pulled ahead. They started after they switched to the T side. YEKINDAR helped secure the win with a strong showing, which gave them a 13–9 victory. This tied the match at 1–1.
Map 3: Train
Both teams won rounds back and forth on the series’ third map, Train. Team Falcons were winning at halftime, but FURIA fought back and tied the game. And while Falcons managed to force overtime, FURIA stayed focused and finished the map with a 19–15 win.
Map 4: Mirage
The last map, Mirage, was also very close. Team Falcons once again started with a 4–0 lead, but FURIA soon caught up and even led at halftime. Later, Falcons were one round away from winning, but FURIA didn’t give up. The game went into two overtimes before FURIA won 19–16, securing the 3–1 series win and the BLAST Rivals Hong Kong 2025 title.
m0NESY is the Overall MVP
Even though Falcons did not win the final, their AWPer, m0NESY, earned the overall MVP award. He played at a very high level the entire tournament and kept Falcons in the game with his sharp aim and smart decisions.
For FURIA, YEKINDAR delivered some of the best plays of the match, especially on Nuke. The team as a whole worked well together, showing strong teamwork and good communication during important rounds.
