The time has finally come! Fragster CS:GO league is entering the next round! From October 25 until December 7, eight of the best German CS:GO teams will compete for the title.  And this time around, Division 1 looks extra exciting.

Not only there is €12,000 up for grabs, but also a slot in the online playoffs of the Champion of the Champions Tour West Europe Series 1, which boasts a $50,000 prize pool.

Division 1 teams

There are some familiar faces among the teams in Fragster CS:GO League Division 1. Of course, the defending champions Touch the Crown are back, as are SNOGARD Dragons, who were beaten in the finals last season. The Sissi State Punks and Partydaddler made it to the playoffs, but had to say goodbye early and are therefore probably even hotter for the title this season. The same applies to Entropy, who landed at number 5. Finally, with DIVIZON and EPIC DUDES, we welcome two new squads into the league.

Both fought through Division 2 and then prevailed in the promotion round. Although they might be considered underdogs by many, as we know, that often doesn’t mean anything in CS:GO. They are joined by ARROW, a first division team from ESL Meisterschaft, who were invited to take over the slot from ALTERNATE aTTaX.

Here’s the full line-up for Fragster CS:GO League Season 3 Division 1:

  • SNOGARD Dragons
  • EPIC DUDES
  • Divizon
  • Sissi State Punks
  • Touch The Crown
  • PARTYDADDLER
  • Entropy
  • ARROW

Schedule

Season 3 of the Fragster CS:GO League starts next Tuesday, October 25. One thing that has been close to our hearts since the launch of the Fragster CS:GO League has been the well-being of the participating teams. The resulting flexibility in finding dates and, above all, in changing dates meant that our viewers could have lost track of things.

That’s why we agreed with the teams on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (from 7 p.m.) as game days and set fixed alternative dates that can be used. This way, you’ll always know when the action is on.

Division 2 and Academy League

Just as important as the well-being of the participating teams is making our league as inclusive as possible. That’s why we also have the second division, as well as our Academy League. The teams in Division 2 have the opportunity to qualify for the first division relatively easily, without a year-long struggle through several divisions.

The Fragster CS:GO Academy League offers young players the chance to compete with teams from higher divisions and take their first steps in the world of professional esports. Here the winners have the opportunity to qualify directly for Division 1 via the promotion round. Both Division 2 and the Academy League feature a €1,000 prize pool.

Champions of Champions tour

One of the things that make the upcoming season of Fragster CS:GO League so exciting is the slot in the Champion of the Champions Tour EUW Series 1 Online Playoffs. There’s a whopping $50,000 in prize money at stake, with the team already guaranteed $2,000 if they finish in the top 8. The teams also have the chance to qualify for the EUW-LAN, where some of Europe’s strongest teams compete. So it’s definitely worth winning Season 3 of Fragster CS:GO League!
