After nearly five years, Fortnite players have discovered a remote Easter egg around the Shiny Bomber cosmetic set.

Fortnite players have many options for cosmetic items they can purchase and customize. Some older skins have maintained their popularity as “classics” among millions of players.

Brite Bomber is one of these classic looks, along with the other items in their sun and rainbow set, such as the Brite blimp, Brite bag, and Brite board.

Recently, a Fortnite content creator discovered a considerably remote Easter egg surrounding the Sunshine and Rainbows cosmetic set in 2023; this cosmetic set was released in 2019.

A player discovered Brite Bomber’s hidden easter egg.

Tabor Hill, player and content creator, posted on his YouTube channel titled ” 99% Of Fortnite Players Don’t Know About THIS”. The player reviews a very remote Easter Egg around the Shiny Bomber skin and the Shiny Airship in this video.

How did the YouTuber know about the hidden Easter Egg?

Tabor Hill comments that through a comment from one of his YouTube followers named Fresh Ice, he was asked to test a very remote Easter Egg for the Sunshine and Rainbows cosmetic set. Surprisingly, the Easter Egg works for the YouTuber, but it does so under particular circumstances.

Tabor Hill commented before testing the Easter Egg that he “ran this Glider hundreds of times” but had never seen an Easter Egg produced, but knew that other gliders, such as the Cheyenne ship, also contained remote Easter Eggs.

On the other hand, before he asked Tabor Hill to look for it, Fresh Ice tried to recreate the Easter Egg but could not get it to activate. After some trial and error, the Youtuber discovered that it only starts if the player is wearing a Glowing Bomber or Glowing Gunner look with the Glowing Bag Back Bling Ornament equipped. Brite Board Back Bling will not allow the animation to play.

Indeed, Tabor Hill enters another game using the correct cosmetics, pulls the trigger to fire, and the Brite blimp fires rockets out the front to conclude the Easter egg.

Tabor Hill concludes his video by asking the question. How is it possible for skin sets to have combo-dependent reactions that players are unaware of?

It may be that the Glitter Bomber’s reaction is just a fluke, but it’s worth Fortnite lovers testing their favorite skin sets to see if any hidden Easter Eggs have snuck in.
