Fortnite Icon Series expanded with Ali A

Fortnite loves to acknowledge its famous content creators and imprint them directly into the game. That’s how the Icon Series, an item collection dedicated to popular gamers and celebrities, was created.  The latest cosmetics set is devoted to the YouTube star and creator of uTure show Ali A.   

If Fortnite’s latest Icon collection had to be described in one word, it would be “variety”. Ali-A will have a total of eight skin styles, namely Default, Elevated, Matroix, Ultra-Armor Matroix Styles, Sapphire Paragon and Titanium Tac, with the last two also in variations without a helmet. Moreover, all skins except for the default one will have four colour options. 

Apart from skins, players will be also able to buy Ali-Tech Staff Pickaxe, Lil’ Diplodoculus Emote, The Blue A Wrap, and the Ali-Tech Backplate Back Bling with two alternative styles. The purchase of the full Ali A items set will be available starting on May 20. 

Fortnite to host Ali-A Cup on May 18

Fortnite players will be able to compete in Ali-A Cup directly in the game in order to get a chance to earn the Ali-A Outfit and Ali-Tech Backplate Back Bling for free and before its release in the game’s shop. 

To receive the skin, players need to play ten matches in Zero Build mode within a three-hour window. Participants who earn at least eight points will be rewarded with a free Ali-A emoticon.

However, there are some restrictions. To participate in the Ali-A Cup, players must reach level 50 or above, own a Season 3 Chapter 2 battle pass and pass the two-factor authentication.

Ali-A creative experience 

Ali-A Experience island is now available in the game and includes a themed quest, which will be added with the new v20.40 Fortnite patch. The main task of the quest is to eliminate 15 other rivals to get the “Ali A was here Spray” reward. The island will be up till May 29 and the code for the event is 5135-8778-2901.
