Nordan ‘Rain’ Shat slammed FaZe Clan’s CEO for bad management and asserted that the hiring of Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff was a ‘damage control’.

Continuing his feud with FaZe Clan on social media, Nordan ‘Rain’ Shat has criticized the CEO for managing the organization poorly and creating a financial catastrophe. Nordan explained in a forty-second video clip how FaZe Clan’s CEO allegedly hired incompetent employees and overpaid some executives to get millions of shares of the business.

The content creator then went into detail about how he helped the company find a CS:GO team without being compensated, while the CEO who was alleged to have harmed the company received millions of shares. Rain alleged that the signing of Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff was a “damage control” tactic to cover up its legal struggle with former player Turner ‘Tfue’ Tenney.

While discussing the organization’s financial struggles, Rain revealed that FaZe loses hundreds of thousands of dollars on esports each month. He also leaked that Grace Van Dien, who appeared in the popular TV series Stranger Things, will be the upcoming female streamer for FaZe Clan.

Rain’s dispute with FaZe Clan seems to have no end

Rain has been at odds with FaZe Clan on social media ever since he left the group in November 2022. After leaving the group, Rain posted a video on Twitter in which he admitted that his life was in danger and that he knew something about the organization that would bring it down. While he never revealed any information that could have destroyed FaZe Clan, his accusations of exploiting the fans for profit caused a stir in the community.

The bosses of the organization, who prey on other clan members, are the only ones who receive any payment, he continued, adding that the fans’ favorite creators do not get any money. He continued by claiming that other creators and members of the FaZe Clan are staying mum out of fear or they too have betrayed their fans for money.

Even though not everyone agrees with Nordan’s allegations against FaZe Clan, he is not the only person to criticize the group. After its stock price dropped to below $1 at the beginning of 2023, FaZe has come under fire from all angles, including some of its own players. In a ten-minute video published in March, Teeqo accused management of undervaluing him as a team member and favoring new hires with better offers and benefits at the expense of long-term team members. He also called his contracts “false promises” and claimed that FaZe had misled him.
