At long last — fans will be able to attend the Call of Duty League Stage V Major in person! This will be the first CDL LAN event in over a year and, needless to say, we’re elated that things are finally starting to revert back to normal!

“We are very excited to welcome fans back for the first time in 2021! Get your tickets to the Call of Duty League’s Major V tournament and watch in-person as teams head into battle for their last chance to clinch a spot in the top eight and secure their place in the Call of Duty League Playoffs,” as per the official statement.

The Stage V Major is scheduled to take place at the Esports Stadium in Arlington, Texas, from July 29th to August 1st.

Fans to Attent the Call of Duty League — At Long Last

If you’re a CDL fan, you’re probably well-acquainted with the Esports Stadium in Arlington as that’s where the Altanta FaZe recently beat the Dallas Empire to win the Stage IV Major! It was an absolutely spectacular match and, if things pan out as expected, the Stage V Major should deliver in much the same fashion!

Group play will still take place online, but you can be sure that everyone’s going to try their hardest in order to once again step foot on stage in front of a roaring crowd and feel that sensation after competing from inside a “vacuum” for over a year. Everyone’s itching for a bit of top-tier Call of Duty and it’s fair to say that the best is yet to come!

The Esports Stadium in Arlington has a capacity of 2,500, but it’ll probably be limited to 50% (if not even less) to comply with anti-COVID regulations. Still, it’s better than nothing!

In any case, if you happen to live nearby and have a bit of cash lying around, make sure to buy your tickets ASAP as the Stage V Major is bound to deliver in all the right ways!
