PUBG Mobile 3.9 Update Brings Transformers, New Weapons & More

PUBG Mobile has officially announced the modes, changes, and features coming in the 3.9 Update. Players will now experience a galactic battle between the Autobots and the Decepticons, complete with iconic characters, unique combat abilities, and exclusive rewards. Additionally, there will be new mechanical improvements, new firearms, and revamped gameplay across several modes.

PUBG Mobile X Transformers

In the Upcoming PUBG mobile 3.9 Update, after a bit, the skies change, and a connection to Cybertron starts. When you use the beacon, Optimus Prime and Megatron might get summoned along with supply crates. They will eventually meet to fight for the Allspark. Before that happens, if either of them gets knocked out, players can interact with them to fix and bring them back.

In battle, Optimus swings an Energon axe to damage multiple enemies and pushes forward. Megatron got a fusion cannon that shoots up to five shells for long range attack. Energon cubes found in the match can upgrade both of them. Optimus gets a fast dash that lets him close gaps and follow up with more hits. Megatron’s blast gets stronger the longer he charges it and even makes a scan zone that detects players and vehicles nearby. If they hit each other, both get slowed down so others can join in or escape.

New POI: Neon Outpost

In the PUBG Mobile 3.9 update, a new area called Neon Outpost will be added. It is full of bright lights and futuristic buildings. There are three parts to it: the Arena, the Black Market, and the Energy Plant. In the Arena, the second floor has a crate that opens after a countdown and drops lots of gear. The Black Market has a burger machine that gives you a special item. Robots wander around the Energy Plant and if you destroy them, you get supplies. There are portals here too. They take you to Astro Den where only melee weapons work. If your team is the last one standing, you win rewards. It is also good because getting eliminated here does not affect KD or respawn chances.

Cosmic Meteorite Site

There is also a place where you can teleport to the top of a meteorite. It is at the edge of space. You can take photos with both Optimus Prime and Megatron there. After that, you will get a special supply pack just for visiting.

New Vehicle: Hoverboard and Legendary Event Challenge

The cosmic hoverboard lets you move fast across the battlefield. It is easy to use and helpful. Also, if you activate the legendary trial and complete the challenge, there will be a cool performance screen at the end along with event rewards.

New Weapon – ASM Abakan

A new rifle called ASM Abakan is added in this update. It uses 5-point 56 ammo and has full auto, burst, and single shot fire modes. Its first two bullets are very accurate and fast so it works well for medium to long range. The DSR sniper is now easier to find as it drops more from air supplies. Attachments are now better too making your fights more flexible.

Classic Mode and Vehicle Enhancements

The update brings a new airplane cabin animation before the match begins to make it more engaging. Also, motorcycles and bicycles can now drift. You can also shoot while drifting which makes fights with vehicles more exciting.

Ranked Arena Mode

From July 24 to September 2, you can try Ranked Arena mode. It has its own ranks and reward system. New weapons are added to the gun game. You can now switch between first person and third person views in arena matches. In modes like team deathmatch and domination, you do not drop weapons anymore when knocked. Also, the warehouse map now has better loot balance with level three armor on the sides and AWM at the center.

World of Wonder Updates

WOW mode has new tools too. You can use Ink Blaster to paint enemies and buildings. The Ice Dragon boss brings new fights. A new wallet tracks your co-creator earnings better. Plus, the interface is also improved.

Metro Royale Updates

Metro Royale now has stronger bosses and bigger rewards. The deeper you go the harder it gets. Killing them gives you crystals and sometimes genetic codes which can be used to create new bosses. The new weapon Thunderclap Adjudicator can be carried across seasons. Also, look out for password locked doors, boss airdrops, and a merchant NPC for even more surprises.
