Popular Streamer, a content creator, and now team owner, Disguised Toast reveals the signing of an all-female VALORANT team to compete in VCT Game Changers 2023.

Undoubtedly, the female esports scene has seen exponential growth in recent months. Thanks to this, we have seen how organizations at the highest competitive level have decided to make inroads into women’s esports. One of the Internet’s most popular streamers, Disguised Toast, has now decided to sign four extraordinary female players to play in VCT Game Changers.

Disguised announces its female roster for VALORANT

A few hours ago, the official VALORANT team account of a content creator, Disguised Toast, announced the signing of a female lineup to play in the VCT Game Changers 2023.

As we can see, the lineup consists of the following:

  • Kaede “Kyedae” Alicia Shymko
  • Jodi “QuarterJade” Lee
  • Sydney “Sydeon” Parker
  • Tenzin “tenzin” Dolkar
  • Lydia “tupperware” Wilson – IGL
  • Corey “ruin” Hartog – Head Coach

Many will be thinking, who are these women that Disguised has decided to sign for their VALORANT team. But there is no doubt that they are some of the best female streamers today. Kyedae, QuaterJade, Sydeon, and Tenzin decided to start practicing and playing scrims together several weeks ago.

Because of this, many community members began to speculate that some organizations would be interested in them creating a team for Game Changers. However, Disguised was the one who took the lead and decided to sign the VALORANT Women’s Dream Team for the 2023 season.

If we look at the last few weeks of practices and scrims of these players together, we can highlight that it is already known how the team will work. First of all, we should note that the one with the most experience on the Team is Tupperware, and because of that, she was selected as the Team’s IGL.

High expectations for the lineup

The scrims played by the girls did not yield the expected results, as they lost all the maps. However, the level of play, the coordination, and the team Play that Tupperware is creating give us very good feelings about the team. In addition, many in the community believe this is one of the most gritty squads in the Game Changers.

Disguised’s VALORANT women’s team will be part of the open qualifiers in the NA region for the upcoming VCT Game Changers. Also, as they have done in recent days, the girls will be streaming all practices and scrims with their fans.

Criticism for signing streamers

After Disguised announced the lineup of their VALORANT women’s team, they received some criticism from the community for selecting four streamers instead of established professional players.

From his personal Twitter account, Disguised Toast responded and explained the reasons for signing these girls. Toast stated that he received many recommendations from female players to form his team, but he believes Riot Games still does not pay enough attention to the scene. He further claims it is still not a good time to invest a minimum of $300,000 in building a professional squad.

Toast then explained that he had sat down with Tupperware and Ruin and explained his plans, and they both agreed.

Now all that remains is to wait for the Disguised GC girls’ games to unfold in the NA open qualifiers for Game Changers.
