Consider 8 Sentinels with an emblem in this. Moreover, purchase items like Deathblade, Last Whisper, and Hand of Justice to make Lucian formidable.

Miss Fortune Reroll

This is an A-tier comp, yet it is still powerful to use. What you need to do to make this work is to push for Level 7. Then, take a slow roll for Miss Fortune 3-star.
