Sparkball is a fast-paced, 4v4 multiplayer game that combines the action of a brawler with the depth of a MOBA. Players will move quickly in a ball-competitive, skill-based combat game that’s often described as ‘League of Legends meets Rocket League.’ Each player selects their hero, and while every hero has different abilities. The team composition can change each time, introducing new playstyles for each match.

The main gameplay consists of high-intensity objective-based matches. During that, the teams will attempt to score goals using the ball by controlling it away from the opponents while attempting to demolish the opponents with skill-based combat. Sparkball strategies work off group work, situational awareness, and working within another player’s role. Offensively, players should worry more about objectives than killing other players. Passing the ball around offers buffs (shields and speed boosts), which signal coordinated plays instead of ball hogging. From a defending standpoint, maintaining the cannon and player placement to block opposing players getting close to your tower/captain can eliminate a very strong counter-attack from your opponent.
