Activision brings Mobile Suit Gundam into COD Mobile Season 6, and it sure is one unexpected move. Anime-styled Operators, limited-time weapons with a sci-fi flair, and themed events are pushing Season 6 into a very different vibe. This time, it isn’t about gritty realism or tactical edge. Instead, what’s here feels fresh but odd in places, like something from another game altogether. Fans of Gundam and high-action shooters, though, might still find enough to hold onto.
COD Mobile Season 6 New Multiplayer Mode: Gundam Team Deathmatch

Most eyes will head straight to Gundam Team Deathmatch, a 4v4 mode that drops you inside famous mobile suits: Freedom, Sazabi, ν, even Deathscythe (EW). The fights run in third-person, the space-station map is built for jet boosting and sudden drops, and every suit keeps its own strange weapons. Standard loadouts, they stay back in the locker. Match pacing swings fast, then slows for a second, then barrels off again, the result feels a bit wild but never dull.
COD Mobile Season 6 Upcoming Events

Whole season long, the “Survival of the Fittest” track hands out Gundam style loot, the legendary J358 Fin Funnel, an Urban Tracker variant, Haro-colored Cryo Bomb, plus camos and an emote. All you’ve got to do is clear mission cards, nothing too fancy. Daily log-in gifts keep trickling, so the box keeps opening even when you only tap in for a minute.
Right after that, between July 4 and July 9, an Independence Day celebration swings by. Play a few rounds in Multiplayer or Battle Royale, and you pick up red-white-and-blue calling cards, charms, maybe a skin or two, enough sparkle for anybody wanting a fireworks vibe inside the loadout screen. - Gundam Universe Weapon Series Draw lines up blueprints: Krig 6 “Sword of the Blue Skies”, Locus “Red Comet”, M13 “Glory of Shadows”.
