The playoffs stage of Clavision Snow Ruyi is about to begin and out of the ten Dota 2 teams that are left in the race, at least three have a real chance of winning the tournament.
Team Spirit
Spirit’s biggest advantage is that they’ve had the same roster for a very long time. Mira was signed in March 2021 and Larl in December 2022. Since then, everything has remained intact.
With their current roster, Spirit won The International, Riyadh Masters, and lots of other important events. Yatoro continues to be one of the best carry players of his generation. Miposhka continues to be a formidable captain. Everyone else on Spirit is a highly competent Dota 2 player.
In the group stage of Clavision Snow Ruyi, this team won group A without too many problems. The only opponent that managed to beat them was VP, but that lost might have been a fluke.
Given that one more victory would send them to the upper bracket Final and that the opponent will be either Nigma Galaxy or LGD Gaming, there’s a high chance that Spirit will finish the tournament in the top three.
Their last two matches against LGD ended with quick 2 – 0 victories. As for Nigma, they are nowhere near Spirit’s level, so a fight between the two teams would almost certainly result in a quick victory for the latter.

Xtreme Gaming
Xtreme Gaming have the best carry player in China. With Ame on the roster and Dy’s guidance, XG shouldn’t encounter too many problems against most opponents at this competitive level. In the group stage, Nigma Galaxy managed to beat them but that result would most likely not repeat in a second match.
In their first dispute of the playoffs, XG will need to beat Natus Vincere. It shouldn’t be hard. But the next match, against G2.iG, certainly will be challenging. Both teams know each other well from the regional qualifiers for various Dota 2 events. XG won the last two direct confrontations, so they would be the favorite in case of a rematch.
G2.iG
G2.iG is the third strong team in the race. After winning group B with 3 W – 1 L, Monet and his crew advanced directly to the upper bracket semifinals, where they will need to defeat either Na’Vi or XG to secure a top three result. Na’Vi shouldn’t be hard to beat but XG most definitely will.
