Clash Royale Season 74 “Fired Up” Update: Full Patch Notes & Furnace Evolution

fragster Farjana Jamal 4. August 2025

Clash Royale Season 74 introduces a major Furnace rework, transforming it from a passive building into an offensive troop with a powerful evolution that spawns high-damage Fire Spirits. The update also adds new emotes, balance changes affecting over 20 cards, and a refreshed Pass Royale with exclusive rewards like a Furnace-themed tower skin. With Classic 2v2 returning permanently and multiple challenges scheduled throughout August, the season offers both casual and competitive players fresh incentives to log in.

Furnace Rework & Evolution: A Major Change

From Passive Building to Troop

The Furnace is no longer a building, but it is a troop of 4 elixir. It will now move on the ground, shoot from a range, and while it is moving and in combat, it will spawn Fire Spirits. Making it much more useful in an offensive capacity with varied options for strategy.

Card Evolution: Evolved Furnace

The evolved version of Furnace Evolved Furnace spawns Fire Spirits every 1.8 seconds instead of 5. That’s almost triple. These spirits do 180% more damage and come out from both sides of the troop. The evolution happens every third Furnace played.
