When is the Next Clash of Clans Hammer Jam and How to Get Ready

Hammer Jam is an extremely significant event in Clash of Clans. It’s designed to allow players to upgrade their bases even faster and with increased efficiency. Supercell has yet to confirm dates for the next Hammer Jam, but in the past, it has always been in the months campaign taking place between September and November of 2025 – intended to be most likely before Town Hall 18.

What Is Hammer Jam & When to Expect?

Hammer Jam is a limited-time event to speed up your base upgrades! During the Hammer Jam time frame, players will receive a 50% reduction in upgrade costs and upgrade times (The Builder will still take time to get from building to building). This applies to buildings, traps, heroes and lab upgrades. Resource collectors will generate more resources and storage will increase. Passive resource income will also have a boost so resources will accumulate faster. All of this makes upgrading your base much easier and useful for when you prepare to go to the new Town Hall levels.

No official dates are announced, but history shows Hammer Jam usually comes before a Town Hall update. Since Town Hall 18 is expected between October and December 2025, the next Hammer Jam will probably happen between September and November 2025. Players can use this time to maximize upgrades and resources before new content comes.

How to Prepare for Hammer Jam

Preparation is key to get the most from Hammer Jam. Here is a guide:

Stockpile Magic Items

Builder Potions, Research Potions, and Pet Potions are precious during Hammer Jam. With upgrade times halved, using a Builder Potion will give you twice the value of its cost – saving you time.

Save CWL Medals

CWL medals can buy Builder Potions. If you save 2,500 medals, you can buy roughly 83 Builder Potions that could help supersize upgrades considerably.

Don’t Use Books and Hammers Too Early

If you use Books and Hammers before the event, you won’t benefit as much – the effectiveness of a Book or Hammer is greatest when you use one during Hammer Jam, because your upgrade time is halved.

Plan Upgrades for the Long Game

You should plan your longest upgrades for the last day of Hammer Jam. Even after Hammer Jam ends, you still benefit from the shorter upgrade times and can use your resources much better.

Maximize Resource Production

Upgrade collectors to the highest levels before the event. A steady flow of resources lets you upgrade buildings and troops without delays.

Consider Special Offers

The Goblin Builder could return and offer additional builders for 40 gems per day. Hammer Jam generally has special themed in-game packs that offer large bundles of resources, gems, and magic items – making progress faster.

Hammer Jam is a time for Clash of Clans players to really push the bases on their way to the next Town Hall. If you do everything you can in advance (plan appropriately, save resources and magic, time upgrades), you can use Hammer Jam and get ahead.
