Ranked Mode in Call of Duty: Mobile is the primary competitive aspect of the game. The Players will be able to reach new heights in the game and earn rewards through the skill ladder that is set up. This mode is different from casual matches as it has a competitive edge. Ranked Mode is designated by Rank Points (RP) which are gained or lost due to wins, losses, and individual performances. Multiplayer (MP) and Battle Royale (BR) each have their own rank paths, so doing well in one does not affect the other.
Call of Duty Mobile Ranked Mode Guide: How Ranked Mode Works
Ranked Mode is available to players once they reach Level 10 with their accounts. After that, RP would peak or drop through the matches. Winning provides good RP while losses at higher tiers may take away RP. However, individual performance will also play a big part in it. Kills, assists, objectives in MP, and time spent alive in BR are all factors that will contribute towards points.

Players leaving matches early get strong penalties. Players who disconnect from the game will suffer RR loss or may be given a brief Ranked prohibition. Receiving such penalties multiple times will lead to harsher punishment.
The penalties for defeat are less severe in the ranks below Elite so the players at the beginning can get more easily through the ranks.

All CoD Mobile Ranks and Divisions
There are seven main ranks, most split into five parts (I–V):
- Rookie (I–V): 0–1,000 RP
- Veteran (I–V): 1,001–2,000 RP
- Elite (I–V): 2,001–3,000 RP
- Pro (I–V): 3,001–4,500 RP
- Master: 4,501–6,000 RP
- Grandmaster: 6,001–8,000 RP
- Legendary: 8,001+ RP
Legendary rank is the topmost level. Players, however, are earning RP there to take their chances for the leaderboard positions. Every season, the top 5,000 who are at the rank of Legendary receive special rewards and are acknowledged globally.
Ranked Rewards & Rank Reset System

Progress in ranks comes with the exclusive items such as:
- Character skins
- Gun blueprints
- Avatar frames and badges
- Charms and crates
Ranked players will get better rewards. Some items will be available only for that season, so every Ranked Series will be a new opportunity to win the items which won’t come back again.
Ranked Shield Cards are at the players’ disposal for a short period of time to prevent loss of RP. These work best in the higher tiers such as Pro, Master, and Grandmaster.
Once a Ranked Series is over, the game performs a soft reset. This is done so that the balance is kept and all players can go up the ranks again. The result of resets usually appears like this:
- Legendary → Master I
- Grandmaster → Pro I–II
- Master → Veteran II–IV
- Pro → Veteran I
- Lower tiers drop toward Rookie
Progress never goes back to zero, but climbing again is needed each season. Since rewards depend on your final rank, many players push harder near the end.
How to Climb Ranks Faster
To gain RP and move up quicker:

- Win often: teamwork in MP objectives helps
- Get good kills, assists, and play for teams point: score count in rank
- BR divert with attention: placement, kills, and survival time produce RP
- Stop quitting: penalties will delay you
- Choose loadouts very well: weapons and attachments are more important in top ranks
- Be active: the rise demands continuous good performance
Ranked Mode in CoD Mobile is the one that gives you at least some competitive ranking according to your performance and seasonal progress. You can go through all the ranks from Rookie to Legendary, which means that you will face new challenges, encounter stronger opponents, and get better rewards. The mode encourages players to improve and maintain their skills by applying rank resets and granting RP according to results. Players who want to challenge their skills and gain exclusive items will consider Ranked Mode as the best way to play CoD Mobile.
