While this concludes a chapter for BOOM Esports, the South American lineup will continue their competitive journey under a new banner: Team Waska. The development sparked discussions among the fans and analysts on the possible future of the organization in the Dota 2 scene.

Coach Vintage, along with analyst Thedpms, will lead Team Waska in their future tournaments and practices. The team will face bigger obstacles as an unsponsored team in the competitive South American region. Their only hope now is to deliver a strong performance in the upcoming qualifiers.
