Turning Always Sprint ON remove the need to press Shift always, which makes movement easier when looting or fighting. Crouch Mode should be Hold also, it gives quicker reaction when under fire. It’s good idea to also rebind the Vault key, since it can trigger by mistake when you near a ledge or small fence during jumping.
Set Keep Healing to ON so healing items continue using until health full. Let it stop only while aiming down sight or reloading, don’t pick the Sprint-based cancel if Auto Sprint is already on, they can clash and confuse the input.
