Dota 2 Turbo is one of the best ways to enjoy this amazing game. This mode is much faster than the standard one and gives you the opportunity to quickly level up your hero. The amount of gold you gain for each kill and each minute is also much higher, which results in an improved ability to buy your core items before the big fights start to break out.
When playing Dota 2 Turbo, some heroes are simply much better than others. At the community level, a hero that has a win rate of just 50% in the standard game mode might have a win rate of 58% in the Turbo game mode.
If you want to win your Turbo matches more easily, consider picking one of these three heroes:
Warlock
Valve
Warlock abilities, when leveled up, turn him into one of the most powerful supports in the game. Merely by casting several spells in quick succession, you are helping your teammates tremendously.
The secret is to start with your ultimate for the stun effect, then continue with Fatal Bond, and then apply Shadow Word and Upheaval. Sometimes, it’s a good idea to keep your ultimate until you need an AoE spell that can reliably stun several enemy heroes. But if you’re initiating the fight, just start with it and nobody will blink away with Blink Daggers.
Warlock is even stronger when combined with AoE damage dealers like Zeus, Leshrac, and Axe. His Q gives these heroes the opportunity to double their damage.
Silencer
Despite the long cooldown of his ultimate, Silencer thrives in Turbo because he can buy a few key items that make him powerful with relative ease. When you own a Dragon Lance and a Rod of Atos, enemy heroes soon find themselves unable to fight back, especially if they’re melee.
Spell casters get destroyed by the silence while melee heroes get destroyed by the slows and the roots.
Lich
Lich will not disappoint you in Turbo because all of his abilities are incredibly potent. Thanks to the quick levels you gain in this mode, those abilities can be maximized more easily.
Never forget to buy Aghanim’s Shard when playing this hero. With it, you can guarantee the death of at least one enemy by casting Chain Frost on him and then placing your Ice Spire right next to him. The orb will bounce between the two, causing massive damage.
