While all weapons are quite good in Battlefield 6’s open beta, some weapons excel in their own ways. For instance, the M4A1 is arguably the best assault rifle for medium- to short-range fights; the time to kill for this rifle is impressively efficient. On the other hand, the SGX SMG and M87A1 shotgun are the best weapons for close-range gunfights. Especially with the shotgun, you will end up winning almost all gunfights in medium- to short-range fights.
