Back 4 Blood – Do the zombies scream the N-word?

Do the zombies scream the N-word in the Back 4 Blood beta? Back 4 Blood is the latest game from Left 4 Dead developers Turtle Rock Studios. The zombies in B4B are pretty loud, screaming and yelling quite a bit.

Most of these screams are just random noises and grunts. One scream that several players heard stands out in particular – probably just random but still not good at all. Some zombies make it sound like they’re spouting a racist remark.

Meanwhile, there are several viral videos and other beta players also report hearing the same thing: Zombies shouting the N-word. Twitter user @HomBKE encountered a zombie in the beta that appeared to be screaming the N-word while running towards the player. The player was totally taken aback, “What did you call me?”

The N-word scream can also be heard in a clip shared by YouTuber and streamer DotoDoya. The scream is more of a random noise that unfortunately sounds like the N-word. But unfortunately, the noise really does sound a lot like a racist word and they should definitely fix this bug or just remove it from the game altogether.
