Respawn Entertainment has unveiled Apex Legends season 17. This brand new update brought a new legend named Ballistic. Along with it, There are changes in firing range and World’s Edge map.

As Season 17 of Apex Legends is live now, players can expect a number of exciting gameplay changes and updates. Not only has the ping wheel been given a facelift and gold weapons will now rotate, but the introduction of the Weapon Mastery system and improvements to the Firing Range are sure to keep players engaged. New Legend has arrived: Ballistic

The wait is finally over as we are finally going to witness the latest addition to the Legends roster. After the creators decided to focus on revamping the current systems and Legend class, Ballistic has become the first Legend to be introduced in two seasons. Changes in the Firing range

The firing range gets a much-needed revamp in Season 17 with an entirely new map that offers players a wider variety of training options. The new and improved range includes a 1v1 pit, a movement practice area, a town environment with buildings, and bots that can engage in full combat. Additionally, Players can explore all the Firing Range changes in more detail to enhance their skills and prepare for the battle ahead.

Weapon mastery

Apex Legends Season 17 unveils the game’s first-ever Weapon Mastery system, a long-term progression system where players can rank every weapon from level 1 to 100. This system is intended to reward players for using weapons and unlocking exclusive rewards such as legendary skins.

The process of ranking up is relatively straightforward; players must accumulate kills, knocks, and headshots. Unlike previous seasons, the Weapon Mastery system won’t reset every season and will remain permanent.

Updates in World’s Edge map

Season 17 of Apex Legends brings exciting changes to World’s Edge, including a redesign of the map. Players can now explore the new Monument POI, a celebration of the game’s past, present, and future. Another new addition is the Stacks POI, located on the map’s Southern side.

  • Specters taking too much damage from arc stars have been fixed.
  • The issue of Duos showing NBR challenges instead of BR challenges has been resolved.
  • The comms wheel can now be used even after a game is over.
  • Players no longer glitch inside loot bins.
  • Spectators can now receive audio cues for all types of launch pads/jump pads.
  • The issue of ADS while crouching has been fixed in the recent update.
