ALL Teamfight Tactics (TFT) 6 Cost Champions For Set 13

Time to move your pieces since Teamfight Tactics get a massive power boost. Regroup and make your new strategy as Riot Games introduced three game-changing 6-cost champions in Set 13. These champions are from the animated series Arcane, namely, Warwick, Viktor, and Mel. These TFT 6 cost champions are incredibly powerful additions to your battle plan. 

Warwick: The Bloodthirsty Experiment

Warwick plays as an intense melee carry potential for TFT Set 13. His unique Blood Hunter trait will make him strong and hard to defeat in game. “Bloodfrenzied” is his passive that grants him increased movement and attack speed. It also provides an addition to his omnivamp and attack damage.  

Once he eliminates five enemy champions, Warwick’s turns unstoppable and goes into a frenzy for the rest of the combat. Since he is an Experiment trait champion, he can execute enemy champions that are below a certain health percentage. Besides, he can also provide healing for himself while generating mana at the same time.  

Killing an enemy will allow him to also stun adjacent targets. Indeed, he is a strong and terrifying presence on the TFT battlefield. 

Mel: The Strategic Banished Mage

Without a League of Legends counterpart, Mel stood out among the 6-cost champions introduced in Set 13. She is extremely powerful on the battlefield with her Banished Mage trait that offers “Last Stand” ability. By casting 12 times during the game, she can save your Tactician from elimination once. After that, it’ll also gain a permanent damage amplification, making it a threat during combat.  

The Conduit of Magic is her ability that provides a dash between hexes and a shield for herself and two nearby allies. For offense, this deals magic damage to Mel’s nearby enemies. In every third cast, she unleashed stored energy that gives massive magic damage output to five nearest enemies. This makes her a perfect offensive and support champion for TFT.

Viktor: The Machine Herald Disruptor

This Machine Herald, Viktor, will disrupt balance in the enemy’s game with his impressive utility. A Death Ray replaced his auto-attacks that let him deal magic damage in a line. This will simultaneously shred and sunder the enemies by reducing their magic resistance and armor by 30%.  

As a 6-cost champion, his game-changer ability is “His Chaos Storm.” This will let him summon a storm that knocks up and slams all enemies to the ground for magic damage. What’s unique with Viktor is that he can convert all bonus attack damage, mana, and attack speed into ability power. This makes him an incredible champion with flexible item allocation. 

Where and When to Get These Legendary Champions

These 6-cost champions have a different and unique way of acquisition method compared to traditional ones. They will only appear in shops starting from stages 4-6. Their spawn rate will scale with the game length rather than the actual player level. So expect that by the time you reach Level 10, you’ll have higher odds of finding these champions. 

Another way to get these 6 cost champions is through the specific Prismatic Augments and Prismatic orb drops. The developers intend to make these champions extremely rare and difficult to find to avoid overpowered compositions. The chances are high that players will only see one 6-cost champion every game or two across.  

Ready as Warwick, Mel, and Viktor will hit live servers with Patch 14.24 on Wednesday, December 11, 2024. They’ll also be legal for the upcoming TFT Macao Open, making it an exciting competitive landscape.
