Version 5.8 of Genshin Impact is here, and yes, it brought in quite a bunch of free goodies. Whether you’ve been playing every day or haven’t logged in for a while, this update gives you some nice free rewards.
Codes from Livestream (Claim Fast Before They’re Gone)
During the 5.8 Special Program, HoYoverse shared three time-limited codes. These give you Primogems and other useful materials. Be sure to redeem them before they expire:
- Ineffa0730Birgitta – 100 Primogems + 10 Mystic Enhancement Ore
- Summer0730Asha – 100 Primogems + 5 Hero’s Wit
- TranquilBanquet – 100 Primogems + 50,000 Mora

You must redeem them before July 21, 2025 (00:00 UTC) or else they won’t work anymore. You can use the in-game settings to redeem or just go to the official website, it’s faster that way honestly.
Bennett Finally Gets a Free Skin
Something fans have waited quite a while for, Bennett’s getting his own outfit. It’s a 4-star costume and it’s free if you participate in the version’s event. You won’t have to spend Genesis Crystals or anything. That’s good news.

Also, Yelan has a new outfit too, but that one’s not free. It’s a paid skin, and probably available in the shop like the previous ones were.

Other smaller but appreciated touch in the 5.8 update is the quality-of-life improvements added to the Serenitea Pot and party setup menus. Players can now access saved party configurations more easily, and furnishing placement in the teapot has become smoother thanks to interface tweaks.
