Activision Blizzard’s sponsors and partnerships are jumping ship one by one. Basically, it comes as no surprise that more and more sponsors are leaving in response to the lawsuit filed by the state of California against Activision Blizzard.

And Activision Blizzard has not one but two lawsuits on its hands, as a Los Angeles law firm filed a class action suit against the company this week. Activision Blizzard is responsible for the Overwatch League and the Call of Duty League, and Coca-Cola and State Farm have been involved in trademark deals with both leagues.

Big sponsors are scared right now

Blizzard’s shitstorm, however, has led both companies to reconsider their partnership with the company and their involvement with the Overwatch League. State Farm has asked that “no advertising be run during the games this weekend.”

Coca-Cola has also said they are aware of the situation and allegations and are monitoring the situation, “We are working with our partners at Blizzard as we take a step back for a moment to reconsider future plans and programs.”

It is still unclear whether Coca-Cola will continue to sponsor the Overwatch League or not. Also the North American branch of T-Mobile no longer appears as an advertising partner. There is no longer a T-Mobile logo on the official websites of the Overwatch League and the Call of Duty League, just like on the players’ clothing. The competitions with T-Mobile were also cancelled.
